Store Policies

Returns & Cancellations

As every creation at Tuesdé Atelier is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. We graciously accommodate order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase. Following this window, we are unable to accept cancellations, process refunds, or alter your order.

Quality Claims

We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standard. Should you need to raise a concern regarding a received piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, we require an uninterrupted, unedited video documenting the breaking of the parcel's seal and the initial inspection of the garment. Tuesde Atelier reserves the right to decline claims submitted without this complete documentation.

Sizing & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order process, and to prevent complex international shipping fees and duties, Tuesdé Atelier does not facilitate size exchanges for international orders. We encourage clients to consult our sizing guide closely prior to placing an order.

Duties, Taxes & Transit

Clients are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their respective countries. Tuesdé Atelier entrusts your garments to our premium shipping partners; however, we cannot assume liability for unexpected delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.

Production & Dispatch

Every Tuesdé Atelier garment is created exclusively for you. Individual production timelines are detailed on each respective item’s page. Once crafted, pieces are dispatched via DHL Express, typically arriving within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that these delivery windows are estimates and may be subject to customs or courier variations.

Unclaimed Deliveries

Should a package be returned to our atelier due to an unfulfilled customs obligation, an incorrect address, or a failure to claim the delivery, the client will bear the cost of reshipping. If a return shipment incurs unexpected import duties, Tuesdé Atelier reserves the right to refuse the parcel, at which point it will be managed by standard DHL procedures.

The Nature of Craftsmanship

The beauty of handmade garments lies in their unique character. Slight nuances in color, texture, or measurements are inherent to our artisanal process and serve as the hallmark of a bespoke piece, rather than a defect.
